The primary mission of Christ the King Catholic
Community is to proclaim the message of the Gospel to
individuals regardless of race, color, economic status,
age or sex. Jesus Christ proclaimed the "Good
News" of salvation to all.
At the end of His mission, He addressed His disciples in
these words: "Full authority has been given to me
both in Heaven and on Earth, go, therefore, make
disciples of all nations. Baptize them in the name
of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
Teach them to carry out everything I have commanded you.
And know that I am with you always until the end of the
world." (Matthew 28: 18-20)
With a spirit of kindness and compassion, Christ the
King Catholic Community offers opportunities for
individuals and groups to meet one another, to pray, and
to celebrate the Sacraments of our church. The
members value the dignity of each and every individual
and support and foster practices which enhance the lives
of the vulnerable, the marginal and the poor.
Christ the King Catholic Community also works with other
groups and agencies, public and private, for the
betterment of the island, the State, the Nation and the
World.
