In SY 1973-74, Mr. Guiab, who served as Principal for % years left La Salette of Ramon for his MA studies at DLSU together with Fr. Blanchet, MS. Hence, a new leadership took place in the persons of Rev. Fr. Romeo Gonzales, MS as Director and Mr. Leonardo Ong as Principal who held the position up to SYU 1974-75 with Fr. Orlando Sapuay, MS as Director. In 1974-76, Fr. André Lussier, MS took place for Fr. Sapuay, MS as the Director and Mr. Ernesto Toquero became the acting Principal for two years. However, in SY 1977-78, Mr. Guiab backs to LS Ramon to enable Mr. Toquero was officially named a Principal two years from 1978 to 1980. Fr. Conrad Blanchet, MS was reassigned to the Parish of Ramon and was named as school Director until 1983.

In SY 1980-81, Miss Venus Martillano, fresh from her studies at DLSU was appointed first lady principal of La Salette of Ramon. In May of the same year, a tornado hit the school building lifting the whole roof of the right wing and dumped into the left with causing damage worth more than P250, 000.00. This disaster had caused problems not only to the administration but even the parents and school children thinking that the school would not be restored and therefore sending their children to non-catholic schools of barangay schools, became a real problem since it would be the end of Catholic/Christian education for their children.

The following years, more especially in 1980’s, confirmed that the Administrators and teachers were successful in pursuit of the educational goals of La Salette of Ramon, hence, there was a yearly increase in the student populace. During this year, subject Area Coordinators were assigned to assist the Principal in the implementing the Academic and Non-Academic educational goals. Because of this assistance, the result of the National College Entrance Examination proved that there was a rigid supervision and sincere assistance to students. In 1984, such set-up brought about better cooperation and coordination in the school.

Generous friends from Ramon supported financially some of our less fortunate but academically deserving students and because parents value most the education offered and extended by a Catholic Christian School, the Home Technology Building with a descent concrete school canteen and two classrooms were built with their financial assistance, to accommodate more than eight hundred students.

The administration is still hopeful that despite natural calamities encountered, a yearly progress is always concretely seen. Such progress is always paralleled with the sincere assistance of the PTA especially the officers.

The yearly increase of the population shows that despite economic crisis, parents value most the education of their children especially education offered in a Catholic Christian School.
